MARKETING
This programme
is designed to:-
- Introduce
an awareness of markets, marketing and marketing strategy to the
company.
- Stimulate the development and implementation of a marketing
plan to exploit the company's position in it's chosen market(s).
The first step
is usually a series of short seminars to give an introduction to
marketing disciplines, some of the terminology used and how it affects
the company. The approach is designed to encourage participation
and feed back throughout the programme.
For a more formalised marketing team, the period can be extended
to provide a more detailed examination of the principles and some
case study based examples of marketing and planning exercises.
This can be supplemented by direct hands on assistance with marketing
activities if required.
